Scott Brittenden
Executive Director
Scott founded OneStaff in 1997 and currently holds multiple executive directorships across the recruitment industry. His strong financial background underpins his commitment to maximising investment return for Talentia and its subsidiary companies.
Jon Ives
Executive Director
As a founding partner to the group, and with 20+ successful years’ recruitment experience across operations including branch management, regional management and general management, Jon joins the executive team contributing to the governance of our subsidiaries operational practices and Talentia’s industry specialisations.
Jon is a strong industry advocate and regular spokesperson for the Recruitment Consulting and Services Association Australia and New Zealand, recently being appointed the New Zealand Board Representative/ Director for the AUS/NZ RCSA.
Paul Park
Independent Director / Secretary
Paul has an extensive background in corporate governance and directorship within many different organisations. His wealth of experience and talent for innovation make him an invaluable contributor to exploring growth opportunities and tailoring Talentia’s offerings to the future of work.
Colin Daly
Independent Director / Chairperson
Colin has a strong background in corporate governance through independent directorship roles with several large NZ entities. Coupled with extensive Executive Management and C-suite experience in the UK, Australia and NZ within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction sectors, Colin provides invaluable guidance on M&A, Financials, and Strategy across Talentia’s Brands.

History
Talentia was established to create a legacy in the New Zealand recruitment market. Our inception dates back to 1997 and in 2015 Onsite Recruitment and Coverstaff merged to become OneStaff. Talentia was born when Personnel Resources joined the group and the values of these founding brands underpin our success today.
